    How many goals from frees for Bombers?

    We all know that there's probably still a bit of money left in Hirdy's slush fund, so how many goals do we all think the Bombers will get from frees? And how many times will LLoyd fall over and be given a shot at goal?

    Knowing Brisbane got 4 of their goals from frees; that it was a free that won it for the roos, I'm laying odds that the Bombers will get five goals from free kicks...and Lloydy will get 3 of them. But will it be enough...???

    I'm also laying money that Bazza will not get one from a free...even if he is there...

      stop you're whingeing, the best team will win, with so much on the line for both clubs the umpiring will have little to do with the final outcome. its there for the taking for whoever wants it most.

          At least you seem like an intelligent Essendon fan.

          I agree, the team that's better will win, although I'm not saying we weren't screwed in round 5, our run with them really isn't that bad.

          Hall, yes, he does get the rough end of the stick, however anyone who saw what Sav Rocca put up with yesterday will understand that it's a pretty even spread of bad umpiring, not just focussed on us.

                      Must be loving the fact that the AFL and the umpires are helping you really badly this year.

                      What was that the bummer fans were saying about the swans and hand outs...

                      I think the bombers have replced the pies as my most hated team. Must be the free ride they are getting..

                          The umpires like giving Lloyd at least two freebies a game so that is the bare minimum.

                          We all know Lloyd is such a fair player and never infringes so, as a conservative estimate, I'll say the Bombers will get at least 4 from frees.

                              I am really thinking of making up a whole stack of a4s with numbers 1-10 on them and giving them to the people behind the goals to hold up everytime he takes a dive.

                              Actually I think i might make it numbers 9 and 10. We don't need 1-8.
