    Swans back in Melbourne

There is a possibility, if things fall a certain way, that if the Swannies get into the Grand Final they will play all their lead-up finals in Melbourne.

This would mean 4 games in Melbourne which equals the amount of matches we have played in Melbourne for the entire year.

If this happens will the AFL react by not scheduling any games here in 2005??

    Wouldn't be surprised.

Only if Port finish top after H&A and lose their first final in Adelaide (presuming we finish 6th). If we finish 8th we would probably play 5 weeks in a row at the G should we reach the GF

If the Swans have to play all of their finals in Melbourne I'd suggest that the team set up a training camp down there and stay there all September. The Wallabies do it (Coffs Harbour) and so do the Blues for Stale Origin.
