    ty zantuck

I mentioned this in a previous post, but I really reckon we should look at trading for ty zantuck, although there has been a fair bit of talk about how strong our backline is given that we rarely give away big scores, I think that is more a reflection of the way our midfield tightens up so much rather than anything special from our defenders, furthermore aside from special circumstances i.e Lloyd, I really would much prefer to see Leo Barry across half back rather than playing as a tall defender.

I think Zantuck is a good player, has been completely messed around by frawley switching him between full forward and full back when he was starting to go well in defense about a year or so ago, I think we could easily get him for a maybe a combination of fosdike and a mid range draft pick or some combination. I think wallace is unlikely to give away a player like Zantuck easily because to me he looks a lot like a player who just needs a dcent coach who can settle him down somewhere. I would even go as far to say he would be worth a pick in the late teens, if our first round pick turns out to be that late after all the priority picks.

I would be willing to give him a go, but he does need to control his anger.First round is too early for him.Maybe our third rounder.

Won't be able to see him this weekend... thanks again tribunal!

Zantuck is a complete hack! I can't believe you would seriously look at him. He coughs the ball up more than Jude and Benny COMBINED. Are you on drugs?

I might give him a go on the rookie list. Deriously he has given away bags of goals with terrible errors, plus he is unstable both on AND off the field. He'd really get a start for the Swans ahead of, say, Bevan or James (Not!).

Zantuck has only played one or two good games in the past two years. He is also a loose cannon. Stay clear!

Too small for a key backman and not skillful enough for any other position.

And he's in their best 18!! Tells you something about their depth when they have to bring in an 18YO first-gamer.
