Think McVeigh is stiff but guess its a pleasing problem to have to drop someone who is playing so well.

McV could still come in for Williams - a week off would do him good. Or Kirk ?

Why would Kirk be dropped - is he carrying an injury?

I'd like to see Williams get a rest. Still looks not fully right and he is still our classiest and most dangerous midfielder, and we will need him to be firing in the finals.

Mcveigh will not play, has been sick all week apparently, viral related, so someone else will need to come ine then...

If McVeigh is ill, why is he named as an emergency? And apparently Kirk is about to become a dad. Poor planning by the Kirks! I have disposed of my magazine/newsletter thing but I think B1 made some comment about births and grand finals in his interview with Kirk. Makes sense now...

regardless of if Kirky plays or not, I wish he and Hayley a safe delivery.

i noticed on TFS that frawley talked up joel bowden on barry hall tmrw. surely bazza would carve him up especially in a one on one situation. this would also b good as bowden has probably been one of their best possession winners in the past few months. also gotta keep an eye on nathan brown and krakouer who are dangerous around goals. possibly crouchy and mathews/ablett for the jobs there (roosy has shown bulk faith in ablett lately) will leaping leo get richo? u would think so given leo's recent scalps. i hope that coughlan and jude line up on one another, that'll b a great pretty boy contest. i just cant wait for the boys to have some practice on the G before the finals and hopefully a good opportunity to get that running game going.

Bowden played very well on J Brown a little while ago.

I would like to add that Williams was one of our best players today.

                          Damn glad he wasn't rested.

He looked very good - that chip kick to Davis (?) was special. He looked a lot fitter this week and obviously did not need a rest. Big difference to last week
