Did "Huddo" ever play - although by the look of him on the screen he could play in the under 12's.

You will notice that their commentary tends to be very biased towards the home team. This IMO is a deliberate ploy as they attempt to become the preferred channel of the home based fan.

It's a shame their support doesn't extend to the AFL generally.

They are showing Friday's final at 11.15pm and not allowing Fox Footy to show it until 11.30pm.

Think 3 live finals for Sydney over the weekend is great.

Fox Footy showing it would be great - but they are not Channel 10, so they would have to pay 10 something for it, which they wouldn't.

The ratings for AFL in Sydney have generally been woeful. Channel 10 have been nothing but supportive despite this.

Well even after I requested that my neice move her wedding from Grand Final day - I find myself at Hamilton Island next weekend for the nuptuals - I only hope that we aren't playing in the final on Friday night (because we will beat the Weagles 2morrow) as I have told my sister that Aussie Ange will text the scores too me - otherwise, its a radio and ear peice!!! she said that every wedding there is a pissed spinster aunty - so a pissed spinster aunty who is barracking footy style will be explained to the other guests as "she's got turrets syndrome"
Saturday or Sunday - I can sit at one of the bars up there and watch it - but Friday night - oh dear!

I have posted in another thread that Channel 10 and the AFL have allowed Fox Footy to broadcast Friday nights game into Sydney at 8.30pm.
