It will be a travesty if Port hosts a preliminary final over Brisbane.

Port supporters are the cheapest low life on the planet. They get their finals ticket prices reduced and still they stay away. Throw em out of the AFL I say

The "authorities" don't think the game will get a big crowd.

The game has been declared "general admission" for StadeOz Club members meaning they don't have to book but can just roll-up. http://www.telstrastadium.com.au/ind...?link_id=6.291 That in turn means that the western stand will NOT be available for public sale as it is part of the StadeOZ Club seating area.

If they expect a big crowd their members have to book which allows any unbooked seats to then be sold to the public.

Let's hope Cat fans get over there in big numbers and outnumber them. The Cats draw their support from all over western Vic so many of their fans would actually live not far from Adelaide.

If they follow last year's pattern there'll be more available in a few days. That really gives me the ****s. Get in early to get good seats and a few days later they release seats better than the ones you got.

Probably coz, the ticketmaster service is crap!!! A few people @ work have been complaining about the service and seat allocation.

Friends from different member groups can't sit together, so they are probably waiting till today to book as general public!

The Power fans are probably thinking along the same lines as last years QF... they are a shoe in. Why waste your money, save it for the PF.

Are most of the Port Adelaide supporters low income earners, or are they just cheap. You would expect a footy fan to go to any final possible, even if they had to save up for it throughout the entire year. Why would you only go to H&A games?

If my brother's experience is anything to go by, the Port fans will target the Cat's cars in the carpark as "interstaters". May as well book a quotation at the panelbeaters for when you get back. Or, don't drive to the ground - would be the best advice.

Yeah, I know what you are getting at with Port supporters. We had chicken legs chucked at us in the West Lakes Mall carpark this year.

BUT credit where credit is due. The Port Outer Army have welcomed us at every match to their private BBQ in the Footy Park carpark. They even let us there after THAT match, where many of them were not far off tears. Their Cheer Squad has been more than accommodating to us on every trip to SA as well, to the point of poling our banner for us.

The Port supporters around us at Footy Park this year were fine yet again. But yes, there definitely ARE a few Cro-magnon people who do follow Port Adelaide.

Port will get their 30000odd on Saturday. Unlike other clubs, Port has its own supporters and noone else.
