    Ball to play next year.

In an interview with Australian Ball said he could play next year which is great news.He paid tribute to Doyle's improvement
which he said has prolonged his career.I think we still need to find a half decent ruckman pretty quick.

I didn't see anything in that article confirming he would play on - just a suggestion he will. Here's hoping he does go around for another year!

      I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Best news I've heard in awhile, if it's true he's going to play on.

I've always felt that the Club needed to work harder to manage the list at the 'other' end. For example, I still feel the home and away outcome this year would have been different if we had done better to encourage Cressa to stay on another year.

Yes, deja vous with the Maxfield retirement thread earlier this year. Like 11, 27 is "likely" rather than certain to play on.
"As a player he simply should not have been able to do the things he did. Leo was a 185cm, 88kg full-back and played on some of the biggest, fastest and best full-forwards of all time, and constantly beat them." Roos.
Leo Barry? you star! We'll miss ya, ''Leapin''.

Absolutely no use in making someone play on another year if they did not want too. Cressa was never going to play on after last year and was almost going to hang up the boots with Kelly and Dunkley the year before.

Went out at the perfect time in the end.
