It is the same with the Sydney!!! Sydney!!! chant. Sometimes they chant it a bit too fast and nobody else joins in. Occasionally they are guilty of that in Melbourne. But Peter has got it all sorted out these days. We just follow him. (Or chant over the top of him-did I say that? )

PS:- Where did all of you guys flea to when the rain came? SOFT, the lot of you!

The Telstra Dome vibrates in any case. You don't need a drum. You just stamp your feet.

The SYYYYYYYYDDDDDDNNNNNEEEEEYYYYYY chant seems to work best when it is raining and everyone is huddled up together under a roof. Hence it really only gets going when the MA Noble join in. (Or likewise the Swans fans in the Legends Stand at Optus.)

Hey, JS can you post a screenshot of the Crazy Fans, it would be good to keep.

Cheer Squad Steve was having a hoot of the time aided by the contraband he travelled with on the flight up to Sydney

That's right where we ended up too .... and i think eviction was the next destination.

Everyone i was with were having a hoot until the three security guards came up the stairs looking for the person who'd smuggled in a bottle of rum.
Sit down or i swear to God i'll have you shot.

Did anyone see the kid with the Illawarra Steelers flag behind us? He was evening wearing his old BHP Steelers jersey and everything.

He said he had not waved the flag since the club was sucked into the merger with St George. I introduced myself to him and told him he should come more often.

He and his dad seemed suitably impressed.

I was in sector 124, which wasn't that far away from where the cheersquad was sitting, and had my Swans scarf and Everton scarf on.

CheerSquad Steve is an Everton fan. You should have come and said hi.

He would have liked to know that there are at least 2 depressed souls who share a passion for that special kind of Everton mediocrity.

I'm sitting up in the Great Southern Stand on Friday night.

I hope there are heaps of Saints supporters around me, I'm planning on really getting stuck into em.

Captain loves nothing better than stirring up the opposition.

Just ask the West Coast supporters over at Subi who got the @@@@s with me for cheering too loudly. My response was to confiscate their stupid yellow and blue flag.

Forget about their flag - what about their crappy song? They and Port have the absolute worst songs I've ever heard.

It all depends in which section is your seat. AFL reserved some sections for Swans members. So, it might happend you want sit among Saints supporters at all.

Oh god, yes ... and I'm sure at least one of them has more verses than necessary just to annoy the opposition.

At least the Saints' song is nice and short with easy-to-remember verses, which is handy when you don't get to sing the song that often.
