If the Swans make the grand final... Then I hope John Brown gets rubbed out this week, but it is very bad for footy. They have turned it into a tackel version of basketball. Actually come to think of it I would prefer Brown to be there if we make it, cos I want the Swans to be the Best.

True - the whole Brown incident is interesting to look at.

His record means he'll most likely get rubbed out.
Looking at what went on in the Melbourne / Essendon match yesterday, there was much worse than what Brown did - but the chances of anyone getting singled out from it are pretty slim.

Brown's record should have no effect on whether he is found guilty or not - just on the sentence if he is found guilty. I didn't see the incident so can't comment, but if he is outed it would be impossible for the tribunal just to give him the one week given it will be the fourth time they are sentencing him within a year.

anything opinion on last night's match footyhead ? You tend to go very quiet after good wins (i.e. not a single post after the Saints game and three posts today, none being about the game). Just curious.

i thought we didn't even deserve to finish in the top eight!

agree on the swans playing against a full strength team though, we have had a good run with key opposition players missing against us.
