Is GA sold for finals? I'd have thought it would all be reserved seating. Does any-one know if the CS will be in H5 again?Pay peanuts get monkeysComment

Yeah, I don't wanna end up seated with a lot of Saints supporters. Will they sell gen admission for a finals game?Occupational hazards:

If you really wanted to you could probably just rock up at the gate and get in - I did this at the Essendon final in 1999, I assume you still canComment

All I can find on the AFL site is:
Std: $42
Premium $52.50
Prime $60
St Room $40
No mention of GA. Does anyone know where these classiifications relate to in the ground.

Std is probably level 4 in the Southern Stand - and top and bottom of the Olympic stand I think
Standing room is back of level 1 in the Southern Stand
Not sure exactly which seats are "prime" and which are "premium"Comment

No GA tickets in Finals at the MCG, always set seats.
The Cheer Squad will be in the Olympic Stand (whats left of it that is)Once was, now elsewhereComment

Re: Good News!
I hope you're right.Originally posted by SXP
AFL allocated a section for Sydney Swans members at the G. I've bought mine over internet and was giving me an option to sit in Swans members area, which is good. My seating is in section M16 on Level 1.
Good stuff!
There were certainly no ticket queues out at Penrith. I thought that I was going to be the only one there untill an attractive young lady with R&W ribbons in her hair turned up. (hi Eirinn) We had a very grumpy and clueless record shop proprietor who spent 10 mins on the phone working out how to make the bookings - there was no way he was capable of looking for tickets in designated areas for us. Anyway I ended up with a great seat, front row on the second deck of the GSS.
Can?t wait ? roll on Friday.Pay peanuts get monkeysComment
