Hey people, my first post here, what a great game it was last night! Very enjoyable experience in the rain. Anyway I just wanted to say how about O'loughlins form over the last 4 weeks!? He definitely seems well over that hamstring both psychologically and mentally. Was great seeing him kicking goals and taking high marks last night in the wet. Brilliance.

Yeah, gr8 to see him in top form. Roos is making sure he doesn't take any unnecessary risks with him either, taking him off the ground during the final quarter of the last two games.Occupational hazards:

Always reckon Micky plays his best footy in the goal square at full forward. He can mark both on a lead and in the air, is physical enough to hold his own in many of a body to body marking duel. Plus his roving skills off packs are second to none (even if Buchanan, brown hair and all, is catching up fast.)
He seems to have regained some of his pace off the mark. And looks to be having less hassles chasing and running than he did earlier in the year.
Put Bazz at CHF Micky at FF (or mix things around to confuse everybody) and see how many teams can stop our forward line?

I thought O'Loughlin was one of our best players again. When he's on song he's unstoppable. Makes a great target, is marking so much better than a couple of years ago, and is very good at ground level. Most oppositions just do not have the right sort of defensive player to cover him.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.
