I had a go at davis because there was a topic on it. U make it sound like i started a whole thread on him.

I had a go at the salary cap because it isnt fair. But i said if we did win the premiership i would still support us.

Fraser and Rocca are players who get paid alot, i wouldnt say Fraser is a superstar i take that back. You do realise that there are other good players our there besides this club dont you? And the question was asked by liz to myself whom do i think other stars in other clubs are.

Easy they aren't a group of money hungary players. The top 10 Highest Paid players at the Lions have taken pay cuts each of the last 3 seasons or at least took up a smaller offer to stay at the Lions. With or without the salary cap concessions the Lions still would of stuck together and still would of won 3 premierships in a row.

He was charged by the AFL over it and was found not guilty on the basis the drugs he was taken weren't performance enhancing, but were use to combat a serious medical condition that he has and one that is no laughing matter. By the way the AFL had to move the prelim final to the MCG because they have contractual agreements with the MCC.

Hahahahahahahahaha. Hall is better than Rocca, O'Loughlin better than Tarrant, Williams better than Burns, Ball and Doyle better than Fraser and Kirk and Jude Bolton better than Licuria and Woewoeful. Only Buckley from you list is better than the player on our list who plays a simular role and that because he don't have one. Still have Goodes, Barry, O'Keefe and Kennelly who are better than 80% of Collingwood's list. I rather our list than Collingwood's over paid, overhyped and overrated list. Making two Grand Finals off the back of some of the easist fixures this league has ever seen.

As for the other lists half the player you name would all stuggle to get a game with us, expect for White, Stevens and Yze.

We match up very well against the Victorian clubs.

I think most of the players i listed would be a welcome inclusion to our side but thats just my opinion. As for lynch, his medication is not proven to be a cure for CFS. And it is my opinion that their 3 premierships are somewhat tarnished with their concessions. I wish there were another way the AFL address the matter then giving a team more room in the cap. I dont know how the bombers and collingwood won their premierships, or how carlton made the 93 GF so i cannot comment.

back to the topic of bazza and the brownlow. I put 10 bucks after about round 12 (i think) at $61, so it would b tremendous for me if he won it. he has stood out in quite a few games and his maturity this year has been excellent. who from our team would take votes of him? kirk is the only obvious one that i can think of

Hey that is actually a good point punter, theres no one else that will really take votes off him. Perhaps Magic in some of the later games. Leaping Leo rarely gets noticed by umpires even though he has had another great year. Guess kirky will be the only one that would steal a substantial amount off him
