to play buccy in the centre

to be honest, i thought we had lost nothing when we delisted him last year as i thought he would never add anything to our squad. oh, how much has my opinion reversed.

anyway, 1 BU clearance and 4 TI clearances from saturday night. 0 CB clearances. which would appear on stats alone that he never started in the centre square for that contest.

he has a big future and cant wait to hear the commentators confusion when both buccy and schneids are in the centre.

"Buchanan with a beautiful extraction, quick hands to Schneider, who is in the clear, look at him GO. Schneider on the run from 60, GOAL!"

Yep - I would like to see him tried in the centre. We could do with another ball winner there rather relying on Kirk so heavily.

I think Buchanan has changed his hair, so he no longer looks so much like Schneider.

He was great on the weekend and i see no reason why he cant be used in spurts in the middle when willo or maxfield are resting. I'd still like to see him continue his current role and keep some pressure on in the forward line. If he can snap a few goals, even better

if you go on the herald sun website in the afl section and look at the pictures, there is one of monty but they mislabelled him as "schneider", even with the dark hair

The one on Saturday of Bevan showering at Bondi also had Buchanan with his new crew cut but I didn't recognise him at the time.

I think the image was taken from TV footage. I just watched it again and Buchy's was the last image before they showed the lightning. You can't see anything with the naked eye. I don't know how TV works but I guess they sort of slide from one image to the next. Or maybe its time to move over Gary Ablett. Amon Buchanon IS God, or at least THOR. I think the photo is great as it is.

I think it's called fade-in and fade-out with transition, which means when they were fading-out on Buchanan they were already fading-in on lightning. Very effective, indeed.
