    But I'll disagree that Paul Roos could be mistaken for Tom Cruise... our Paul is so much better looking!

      And he's straight...

      I think these comments are really important and why Roos is very good...

      "SOME coaches have never done anything other than play and coach.

      Not so Roos. He is a well-rounded character who has been involved in many things in his life.

      He is well-travelled and spent time attending international sporting events and was involved in a variety of business and media interests before stepping into his current job.

      This has given him a good outlook on life as he has been able to step away from the AFL scene and handle himself adequately.       "

          One thing that was not said (though I should read it again) is that Roos is pretty cluey. I've never met the bloke but he certainly comes across as being intelligent. Its gotta help

              Oh yes ... I don't think anyone would be a successful AFL coach if they had the reasoning powers of a rock.
