IMO we need a quality midfielder, a tallish strong backman and a marking ruckman as well as the young players developing further.

I think Richard has a very good understanding of the situation.
The Swans really need to get a hold of as many quality young players as possible, not just this year, but for at least the next three years. With more retirments to come within that time, even trading for three out and out champion pre-used players (which we will not be able to do), will still only keep us at the stage we currently are at.
