Who's signed contracts this year?

The 'Heffernan rule' precludes players who have signed new contracts for 2005/and beyond from being involved in 2004 trades.

Essentially, you have to serve at least the first year of your contract before you can move/be moved on.

It was actually mentioned in an article a few days ago, suggesting he didn't actually sign yesterday.
