    Roos on the draft

Is it just me or does Roos always sound like he has decided to talk about the bleeding obvious in really simplistic terms, as if someone from the marketing dept has told him that the demographics for the average swans supporter is like..... well dumb ?

Is it just me, or does Paul Roos not see the need to give away anything three days before the draft?

No it is not just you.

Actually Roos, like most coaches, only tells the media, what they want them to know.

You would think that most people would see this as the obvious reason for Roos' vague answers, wouldn't you?

I agree that generally speaking the stuff that comes out of coaches and (especially) players has less value than the paper it is written on, but in this case I'm not sure what else Roos could have said.
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

"[T]here are things that matter more and he's reading and thinking about them: heaven, reincarnation. Life and death are the only things that are truly a matter of life and death. Not football."

Get over it, as if any one is going to play thier full card before the draft.

Every team has there own agenda which they would do thier utmost not to let other teams find out.

Roos was just stating the facts, if you feel he is speaking to you as if you are dumb, you might need some help.

I think he was referring to Ferdinand Eisenstein the mathematician (famous for his work in number theory), not Sergei.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way you'll be a mile away and he'll be shoeless.
