How is our recruiting going ?

The Swans have not really had a period of hard cuts to their list, preferring a more slow paced atriction.
Here is an article based on an interview Paul Roos gave in relation to the Swans recruiting policy.

He says that we needed to improve our list, admitting that "we are still a long way behind " the Lions.
Well have we improved our list ?
There is no doubt that Roos has got Improvement out of the players on the list. There is no doubt that he is extremely talented at bringing out the best in his charges.
But I wonder about our recruiting policy. I wonder who is driving it. I wonder if we will be able to noticeably improve on our season 2003.

The Article could've been used as scare tactics, for the older players to get their fingers. The article was after to losses to the Cats and freo, so he was probably looking for inspiration, and what better way than giving the senior players a scare in the media!!
