To the poster (my memory has collapsed i can not remember the posters name) that wrote the "Is Anyone Safe?" Feature Article in November this year I was wondering when you were going to continue and write the next instalement.

Lol - I haven't been drinking. The last alcoholic beverage I had was champagne at my sister's wedding a couple of weeks ago. Ghastly stuff - I didn't finish it. White wine in general tastes out of date apple juice. Most of my time has been dedicated to sleeping and obliberating the AM hours from my day. By the time uni roles around, I'll have to take night classes just so I wake up in time!

Of course, there is an 18th tomorrow...

Ah Charlie! You sound just like I did 3 years ago - I ended up getting my best friend tanked on champers at my 18th, because he's 3 years older, and none of us 18year olds could stand champers then, so we gave it all to him. Now I can't get enough of the champers - it's the way to get pissed without the hangover! Beer is still gross though, and I'm slowly warming to wine... (but chardonnay is on the EVIL list still )

And now comes the run of 21sts... damn all that supplied alcohol!

Soft!! You finish school n go soft on the alcohol?? Old Al should be ur new best friend!! Booz up now while u can youngin for you wont get to hit it as hard later in life. The next few months are the best of ur life in terms of drinkin and partyin, dont let it go to waste!!

Nah, that's what uni's for! I missed out on my post-school drinkines, and have spent nearly 3 years of teritary education in Drink1001, Drink2001 and Drink3001. Coming up for Drink4001 next year, and our final exams! better get practising now. Oh hang on.....

Word of advice though Charlie, drinking yourself into a hole right before a class is NOT advisable! And beer in water bottles is just tacky!

What's your opinion on bringing champers in a plastic cup to a lecture?
