swans have included surf carnivals in their preseason training regimes! Interesting - i just hope that some how helps to decrease the amount of injuries for next season!

Running thru water and sand is extremely good resistance training, low impact, high energy and swimming/paddling is extremely good for upper body strength.
And then there is the team bonding stuff, nothing like bonding with another bloke in budgie smugglers!!!
