2-3 Yr Players who will step up?

Who are the 2-3 year players who need to step up. My first impression to half time is how small/lightly built some of them are in terms of body strength. Maybe I am over reacting but not looking good. A lot of players getting brushed aside at will.

From the little bits here and there that I have been told and gleaned from the papers, Roos has been encouraging the fitnesss coaches to develope the fastest side they can.
The fact that a lot of players are clocking personal bests in the 3km time trials is testament to what they are collectivley aiming for.
However, the size of the team has not progressed as much as the speed- according to several sources.
When you build bulk you lose a little bit of speed.
I think that it might work for us , but only if we develope supper high skill levels.
unfortunatly this is unlikley to happen because there are too many average guys on the Swans list, and the Swans have not had a truley skillful side for a long time now. They have for over ten year relyed on group power, or the grunt of 1 or 2 super stars.
To take out the flag we need speed, skill, stamina, true mongeral and at least 2 - 4 super stars.

For what it 's worth I really like the look of Cooney as a 2nd year player. We got killed in the middle today. He will be a superstar. Oh to get a number 1 pick!!!!

McVeigh is the clear standout to be the one who will be a midfield leader at the end of the year. And he's only 19!
