          Other options:

          Spriggs = Wattle (Australia you bloody beauty!!!)
          Moore = Michael/Mandy/Roger you get the idea
          Campbell = Chunky/Soup

          I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

          If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

                Anthony Hudson liked linking Vogels with his cyclist namesake.

                  You mean Henk?

                  That is just too close to being Hank....which in turn leads to Bulger and then you can't help but think Crawford.....

                    Yeah, he used it a couple of times during the broadcast. He also bad another really bad pun but I can't recall it, which is probably a good thing.

                      Earl Shaw has probably been called Duke sometime during his career although Earl Spalding of Carlton use to go by that nickname.

                        I think Vogels should be called 'Loaf'.
                        Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

                          As long as he's not a loafer...

                            If we're going to give up again like we did against the Saints in the final last year, or like we did in countless other games when it mattered, I think the Swannies could take on a new nickname, perhaps the Sydney Robbins, or the Sydney Sallies....
                            "Davis...Davis has kicked 2...he snaps from 40...dont tell me, dont tell me, hes kicked a goal....unbelievable stuff from Nick Davis, can you believe this, he's kicked 3 final quarter goals and Swans are within 3 points..."

                              I have missed something here... can someone please explain Vogels relation to bread...
                              - Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing!

                                Vogels is a brand of bread - hence the link.
