Just heard Roos on Ch 10.He said Hall, Maxfield and Williams would play and Kirk, Jude, and O'keefe would rest and the emphasis is still on the youngsters.
      I think I'll pop out.

So, do we just lob up or do we need to bring proof of membership (last years)?

Has a big leagues club right next to the ground too. Used to get all the old biddies up from Victoria for the day on the pokies.

I watched the Swans play Richmond there in 92 I think.

I grew up right there, moved down from Sydney and back again once my Albury purgatory was over.

Well, I've decided to borrow one of those Club GPS units and I am determined to find Telstra Stadium this Saturday.

Hope to see lots of the younger players as well as the return of big Bazza.

Also hope all of the Rookies are on show and that Ed Clarke gets a run in front of his "nicknamesake" Lethal Leigh Mathews.

Cruiser, you forgot to add that the Sauvignon Blanc should also come from New Zealand - they do produce the best!

I might "decant" some into my trusty Thomas the Tank Engine covered drink bottle and take to Telstra (better than the rubbish they actually sell there.)

We did that with Red wine last year - we just said that it was Ribena.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

I have become a bit of a fan of sauvignon blanc. For some reason I tend to like Italian and South American drops, as they are softer and weaker in taste.

Had a really yummy Chilean one the other night. Way better than the chateux de cardboard you get at places like sporting grounds.

yes I agree those drops are nice too - but I'm a real fan of NZ.

Last year was our "Red" year - so it was not unsual for us to produce a nice 6-8 year old cab sav - or merlot cleverly decanted in to the "Ribena" bottle.

This year is our "white" year - so it will be decanted into the apple juice bottle ( a clean one of course)

I must get my leather coat from the cleaners...........

Just heard that a lot of the kids will be given some sort of run against Brisbane in addition to the return of some experienced players.

Definitely worth the trip - if I can find my way.

Now that red wine has been mentioned I think a delicately decanted Barossa shiraz in the Thermos might be the go!

We all going to sit together? It could be fun like the Richmond trial last year. Or was that 2003 and against Carlton?

I 'll bringing a few flags along if people want to wave them.

You got bits and pieces right Jules - it was 2003 v Richmond.
