    Who was Foxing?

    Who was Foxing?

"The Kangaroos and Carlton also scored wins that will do wonders for the morale of their fans while of the losing brigade Sydney fans are entitled to be the happiest as their young side - featuring eight players yet to play at senior level including five rookie list players - almost rolled the Bulldogs as Jarred Moore, Guy Campbell, Luke Vogels, Sean Dempster and Josh Willoughby all announced themselves as players of the future."

I felt we had a distinct lack of exerience and talent in the forward line on the weekend, and thats what eventually hurt us.

The delivery from the midfield seemed to be better (in quantity if not quality) with the likes of Dempster, Moore, McVeigh, Buchanan and Schneider all taking a step up.

Our backline held up really well in the marking and spoiling stakes, and the decision to retain Heath is on track to be considered a good one. Both LRT and Heath did really well considering the lack of experience of those around them.

It all bodes really well for the team, and once you add in the size, skill and aggression of the Hall-OLoughlin-Davis combination to the forward line, the experience of Ball-Goodes-Matthews-Williams-Maxfield to the midfield, and the dash and experience of Barry-Kennelly-Crouch-Schauble to the backline, it makes for an exciting season. But then it was only the Bulldogs, and to be fair they still have a long way to go.
