Kick to Kick, how was it?

How did the kick to kick on the SCG go after the game, nothing was shown on TV.

I didn't bring a footy.. just walked across the ground to the aftermatch function - all the while maintaining a VERY high awareness of my immediate area. Being whacked on the head with a footy is not my idea of fun

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

Are the SCG Trust actually trying to be nice?!

They had the cricket pitch taped off, so the ground looked virtually full. Of course not being used to it, there was a binge effect similar to that of the Essendon match at SA, making a kick to kick nearly impossible. (especially for somebody with a recovering knee injury.)

After losing my footy at the Carlton game, I kept my leather Sherrins in my bag, and kicked it out on the Bus Stop Oval with Paul from the Cheer Squad instead.

Oh, by the way, Ian "give the kids a kick" Frazer had a big sign made. "Kids 6, SCG 0".

I had my ball with me and my mates and only stepped on one small child (who I think we'll see before the judiciary this week on a tripping charge). It was most excellent - completely chaotic. Brendan apologises to the lady in the red had who got sconned, but she was walking across the danger zone with her back to the ball (about 400 balls).

Injuries: lady in red hat (concussion - 2 weeks)
boy lying in ground (broken arm - 3 weeks)
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way you'll be a mile away and he'll be shoeless.
