You can't say that. Not all teams are duplicated from one another therefore it's so obvious that every player is different. Our boys aren't the same as Geelong's so what were you thinking comparing them? Spriggs could struggle with us and may not have with Geelong! Think!

I think the point that was being made was at Geelong David could not hit targets and footyhead does not believe that has improved based on pre-season form. If a midfielder has poor disposal playing with team A and still has that problem playing with team B the differing team dynamics aren't going to make much of a difference.

FWIW I saw 3 pre-season games by David and think him a bit unlucky to miss out, but I would put McVeigh in ahead of him even if based on pre-season form alone. Not so sure about putting Crouch in after 1 game (or 2 40 minute games as the case may be).

I can say that and just did.
As for duplication, just watch Spriggs very carefuly for the next 2 or three seasons before he is either delisted or retires.

You know, maybe it was a mistake to draft him, I'm not sure. But, he certainly can do positive work to the team. You'd rather have the more players anyway, as long as they get a turn. Spriggs is definitely not as bad as Doyle so therefore I think he could be an asset to the team.

Doyle is a good player.

He is a good kick and a good grab, and he's bloody tall.
2 years ago he really started to show something, he is only young the talls take longer (apparently), he has not yet had his chance and everybody has already written him off.
I also think that having jolly will put a bomb up Doyle.
Look for doyle to kick 30-40 goals this year.
