    Cannot believe that neither Bevan nor Davis got votes.

      That is a disgrace - Davis deserved some sort of votal recognition.

          And Goodes wasn't that good was he? I thought Davis or even Bolton (C or J) played better.

                  Seems the commentators all compared notes as they all gave Bateman a vote.

                  He got plenty of the ball but had something like 6 clangers. Just wonder how closely these people look at games.

                              At least Bateman looked as though he was interested and had a bit of faith in himself. What have Hawthorn done to Nick Holland? He is a shell of the man from previous years. I'd say they have destroyed him like they did Nathan Thompson,the only two who could take a decent grab.

                                  I thought he was their best. With his high workrate, hard at contests and poor kicking and decision making with the ball - he would make a great Swans midfielder!

                                  Jude Bolton deserves some raps, had one of his better games simply by doing good things with the ball.

                                              I dont really think a Hawthorn player deserved votes at all! How can a performance like that warrant any recognition - they were completely outplayed across the park and in all departments.

                                              How Davis didnt get a vote God only knows - what bloody game was she watching! I feel like emailing in and complaining!

                                              P.S Did you know the guy that knocked Schneids in the head on the weekend got 2 weeks! Love the judiciary system!
                                              And the man who started it, the Schneiderman, can kick his third for the quarter. And the swans are in the Grand Final!

                                                      Me too. Don't give a token vote to a Hawks player out of sympathy. There were several Swans who had better games than Bateman.
