Jon Anderson on radio this morning said that the Roos are the 'certainty of the round'. Or did he mean the bet of the round?

Anderson is the worst tipster of all time. He backed the winner of the no race at Sandown this week. Wouldn't know if his backside was on fire.

I have to admit I didn't see their Rd 1 game or any of their pre-season, but how on earth could they be the certainty of the round? That's just downright crazy talk!

Haven't we won 3 of our past 5 games at Manuka? We can do it. We've had radical wins there.
Vicky Pollard: Oh my god I so can't believe you just said that this is like the time I threw Anita's nokia in the canal as a joke and she's like you have well got to buy me another one and I'm like get over it and then Paul came over who's adopted anyway and started saying that I fancy Mark Bennett but oh my god just because I have sex with someone doesn't mean I fancy them.

no one will agree but i think we will romp in by 50 odd. It seems some of our fans get worried about seeming cocky or writing the opposition off. But i think north are being over rated and we can flog them

Yeah it was pretty funny actually, Newman kept repeating himself "Sydney can't win away" and Marmalade just goes "They flogged up in the same game last year". That is siriously rediculous, because the roos have to travel twice as far as us.

                    Newman - professional dill.
Nevertheless, although we should win tomorrow, I won't be happy until we have.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

I'm looking forward to Sammy tipping against us when we play at the Olympic stadium for the same reasons! Then, when we win, watching him ask for a double helping of humble pie.
