A really really bad sign for our side and indicates how indirect we were was that our leading player for I50s was Barry Hall!!
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

I honestly think that we're over confident from last week. And if that's the case, next week will be a blast.
Vicky Pollard: Oh my god I so can't believe you just said that this is like the time I threw Anita's nokia in the canal as a joke and she's like you have well got to buy me another one and I'm like get over it and then Paul came over who's adopted anyway and started saying that I fancy Mark Bennett but oh my god just because I have sex with someone doesn't mean I fancy them.

Hmm, missing a shot for goal from 20 metres out in a crucial last quarter is not good either!

Going for 3 bounces through the centre square (Goodes) then sending a kick straight to a Roos defender is not acceptable either.

Beaussie was complaining at the Sydney aussie Rules Club that several of our players have it too easy up here. And aren't made hurt enough after insipid performances. Unfortunately he is DEAD RIGHT. They should be crucified for not only their bad skills, but their often even worse option-taking. Not we kick 7 goals and umpteen behinds.

They should NEVER have lost the match today. As much as I do not wish to forget what North did in the "Boo a Roo" days, you have to have a begrudging respect for the common sense hard-nosed footy they played in that last quarter. Bloody Archer was everywhere, I tell you.

        NOT good enough Sydney!

I was telling people that after the match. If they are mad at themselves (as they damn well should be!) it does not surprise me in the slightest if they come out breathing fire out of their lungs. And beating the Lions up there AGAIN!

There is no proof that there is even a skeric of a chance of this happening. But I know my club. I know its moods.

A win next week is not an improbability at all. I expect inconsistantly from the Swans these days.

I only hear Roos justifying his short passing game plan.
It sucks, It did under Eade and it does under Roos.
You can blame the skill level all you want(Eade used to blame the players all the time), but if the game plan demands a million hand balls and 50 000 short passes out of the backline, then the game plan sucks no matter how good the skill level, cos sooner or later your going to have a bad day, or your going to meet a team that has learnt how to pressure you.
            Roos change your game plan.

                Are you joking???
A bunch of hacks like us againts a ressurgent great team like the Lions??
Get real- I know we have beat them once or twice over the last couple of years, but that was luck.
The lions do not drop their heads like the Swans do.
The Lions do not dick around with thge ball like the Swans do.
The Lions are a team of Champions, the Swans are pretenders.
The Swans can't beat a team like the Roos who will probably not make the Eight how will they beat the Lions.
                Don't wast your money.

Being paid to listen to you would be wasting our money. How can you simple know all of this? And, what's if we win next week? You will look like the fool!

                      No.

It doesn't matter what team it is, it's the fact we had a major win. The team doesn't change that. We still won and thrashed them.

It always happens, we lose the next game after we play an excellent game. The boys should really try some of that Rescue Remedies calming drops for the tongue. Or someone atleast query to the club why we're always over confident.

It seems that the players are too comfortable. They are not hard at the ball consistently. The desire just wasnt there today. I think the both the senior and junior players need a wake up call, a reality check to let them know that if they dont perform they are at risk of being dropped form the side - right now there is no urgency at all.
In my mind Amon was a stand out today, I believe that has a lot to do with his droppping from the side previously, he has fought his way back into the side and knows he has to perform, he had the desire today and it made him stand out from his peers.

But as I said after the Hawks match, we should of won by MORE than we did. The warning signs were there from last week and the Roos, more than read them - they bloodly well waited from them.

i think we are underestimating the kanga, we were winning for three quarters (tho not playing that well) but they were pretty good in the last quarter, they had more passion.

Im hoping its an abberation and that like jf said, we come out firing next week. We seem to lift against good sides, and play better when written off so i hope we can prove the kangas game was nothing but a stupid one off week.
