    B1 & B2

When these 2 guys fire at the same time, we're on fire.

Craig is a rock of stability right across the team and will likely win a B & F inside the next 3 years. I don't think I have seen him make a mistake yet.

Jude had his bast game in a long while I though. Our top ball winner and kicked THAT goal.

While B2 has been one of the best backs so far this yr, he did find Bradshaw way to big for him. he struggled big time against him. Should play better next week.

B2 got slaughtered by Bradshaw in the 1st half. He only did a few good things when he was moved off.

IMO B2 and Crouch were contenders for @@@ (Worst on ground).

Although, I do like B2. I think Roos should have put Barry on Bradshaw much earlier.
Shows we really need Schauble back .

While B2 struggled on Bradshaw, Leo didn't really fare much better. Remember that it was B2 that picked up crumbs from attempted pick ups by Voss in the middle of the ground twice in the last quarter and pumped it back forward. Had he missed either of those, we could have been in trouble.

Quite simply, IMHO, he has good skills, but importantly, he doesn't panic under pressure.

I think it is a bit simplistic to say that Bolton was poor because Bradshaw killed him. Take into consideration freakish one-handed marks plus great delivery to Bradshaw from their midfield, plus too many one-on-one contests thus lack of help. Bradshaw played well and definitely beat Bolton, but you need to take more factors into account before relegating Bolton to one of the worst on the ground.

No doubt Bradshaw had a blinder. That one-hander was awesome. But even while we were getting flogged I didn't feel the need to pick that out as the reason (which I saw as "we need the ball to enter our attacking 50 IN THE AIR").

I like him as a player just not as a key defender. The "hacking the arms" rule negates his effectiveness on the big forwards.Having said that we really don't have anyone else at the moment.

I think that's a good point. It is going to make it difficult for him in the future and hopefully we can replace him with a tall defender soon.

Glad someone gets what I meant.

As an aside, Vossy lost his feet against Dempst too. He's not the player he once was but he'd be in any First 22 in the comp.

As a further aside, will Shaubes return with Mick this week. He's on the injury list as 1 Week and so is Mick..soooo?

b2 shouldnt need to play on a bradshaw type ideally, he is too big and strong for him.

b1 and b2 are both crucial element to our team and thats why if they both fire we will win more than we get beaten

                      Not a huge difference - 190, 91 against 188, 86.

interesting, as Bradshaw looks taller and heavier than that. I guess this shows a few cms and kgs makes a lot of difference, and that 86kg is no where near heavy enough to hold down a KP post.

C Bolt is definitely too small to be a KPP.

I wonder how old those figures are. I was just leaving the aftermatch in Canberra when Craig arrived so I turned around and we walked up the stairs together (and wasn't he nervous about facing the fans - he'd only stayed in Canberra to visit his folks). But he has bulked up so much since last year. He ain't a little or skinny guy anymore.

Not sure he's ever been skinny, just not really tall enough.

I reckon he benefited from spending his apprencticeship at the Lions where they focus on building upper body strength even in the very young players. I think I read somewhere that he is the second strongest player at the club relative to his body weight.
