Well, it's rd 5 next week, and I've still not received my season ticket...so those idiots on here that said it didn't matter that they were posted out late can have the bird! To be honest, two family passes have defective bar codes, and although the club promised replacements before today's game, guess what? You may be interested to know that about 300 members did not get their season tickets this season on time....so, it is something to be concerned about...

Seriously though my dealings and others I know with Swans Marketing / promotions have left a lot to be desired.

Performanced based memberships, now that's what I'd like to see. Although we'd be getting refunds too often than not!!!
