Who is more ready - Erikson or Shaw?

And is a 6-8 week injury long enough to promote a rookie?

Might we see LRT and Goodes in there. Or Campbell I suppose.

I think we still have a "nominated rookie" position that we can fill if needed without worrying about the injured list.

Its been mentioned on another thread that Shaw became the nominated rookie two weeks ago. I haven't seen any official statement yet.

Are we able to promote a rookie, and say he doesn't perform bring him back to the rookie list and promote someone else in stead?

Last year the club promoted McGlone and he didn't get a game, and if it's true that Shaw was promoted it didn't seem like they planned on playing him. It costs 15,000 to promote a rookie I believe, that's not smart.

Has anyone EVER seen Ericksen play? I never hear anything about him - is he injured or just not getting any of the footy in the ACTAFL?

I saw him ruck for the seniors.I don't think he got his hands to the ball once.I think he is viewed as a project player atm.

Has Ericksen filled out significantly since last season?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
