Ahh this is the buzz word I have been looking for! Vision - we have none and until they can develop some they will constantly put unecessary pressure on themselves.

Well, I hope you're right. I only saw it from the quick replay on Ten during the game and I thought it was pretty silly. Yeah I think Neitz is in trouble, looked similar to what Osborne did to Schneider and got suspended for.
