I suppose the irony is if Roos didn't do well when he took over the Swans would have got better draft picks but Roos wouldn't have got the job.

It was a five year plan, with goals of finding out a bit about the players and possibly drafting kids with lowish picks for a couple of years and then starting to be in a position to challenge for the flag in the 3rd year.Originally posted by Vivien
