Bollocks. If they can play they can play. Dempster has earnt a fair bit of respect around here already. Bevan didn't cop much flak last year. He is getting it this year because his brain is still in the pre-season, but he will come good. The problem is with 100 game players who have stopped improving and are not up to the required level. They will not improve now. Let them go and see if a new club can bring out some more in them (if anyone will take them). Lets move three or four players in our 2nd and 3rd best 8 out of the team and bring 3 or 4 youngsters in. See if they can push some of the top 8 down the pecking order. We would be a much better side if Jude and Kirk were our 4th and 5th midfielders, rather than our best 2.

I also read Roos saying "At the end of the day they're probably too good anyway and (they'll) probably get over the top of you but at least it gives you an opportunity."

If we expect to lose, what's the point!
