does anyone know if the sydney swans training sessions are open to the public if so when and where.

Usually yes. Best way is to phone the club to check details because they do change from week to week.
The main team training session is usually held on a Wednesday or Thursday. If the next game is an afternoon game they will train in the afternoon; if it is night game they will train early evening. They also tend to hold the session at whichever ground they are next playing (for home games) - ie this week their session would have been (or will be if tomorrow) at Homebush.
