    Who is responsible?

    For Nick Davis playing.

Inexcusable, stupid, pathetic etc. etc. etc.

Clearly with a bandage that big there was something wrong. To lose a player as valuable as Davis for at least 4 weeks when he obviously had a hammie problem is reprehensible.

If the medical staff took Davis 's word for it that he was fit a head has to roll. If Davis conned himself/them into playing then he must feel a right goose, as the look on his face showed.

Yep - was thinking the same thing. Terrible decision.

Yes ... and ke kicked it after he did the hammy and set up the opening goal. He might have only played for 30 seconds but ... the goal he set up was very important!

Exactly this is usually when it goes downhill for Davis, after an injury. His fitness will drop, goodbye midfield and his weight will balloon. Probably wrecked an encouraging start to the season. Medicos have to be considered negligent.

Hamstring is a less serious injury than he had last year. He wont need needles to walk and will have a better idea of how long he can expect to be out. Don't write him off yet.

                          NEGLIGENT, BLOODY NEGLIGENT.

If that was in Colombia the culprit would be hunted down.

It was an utter disgrace for mine. Every one involved on match day is culpable.

Tape doesn't really support a knee properly which is not even soft tissue let alone a hammy. Now given that 4 players were axed surely one of McVeigh or Schneider could have played (Amon already in as late replacement). And Maxfield's sore knee would have been lower risk than an obviously very tight hammy.
