Y'know there is a really easy way to solve that. Don't treat them as idols. Just think of them as ordinary people, like you and me, who play football particularly well.
I thought only kids turned football players into idols...

Idont care what anyone says about him he is the nicest guy on the list.
Today my mum recieved a post package. I had no idea what she was up to. She sent a 10 sec recording device to the club and asked him to record me a message for me for my 21st. My mum got it back today and he left me the nicest message.

After all, that is what it is all about
He does need to put out more. Lot of love, not enough takers.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
Originally posted by JF_Bay22_SCG I'm glad you didn't see him at the after match in Perth after the Eagles match then. If memory serves me correctly he was told in no uncertain terms to go down to the main room to mingle with the club members, as he apparently was putting on an attack of the sooks about doing so and refused to go down.

I've met Crouch (in a non-football setting), and he's a very decent guy who has alot of time for others. I know you happily like to stick the boot in any chance you've got, but judging a guy based on one supposed incident is very harsh. He doesn't seem like the kind of guy to take a loss lightly, maybe he was just feeling the effects of a few consecutive losses, and below par performances by him in particular.

It's a bet. First to cut their hair. Anyway, I had a good answer to the last bit you said.
