Roos match ups and tactics

A few people have made coments in the last couple of weeks about Roosy playing the players in slightly strange positions or in different ways. I wonder what people think of Roos's match ups and tactical coaching in general ??

Well I think he has been forced in a way because injuries and a lack of height down back. He needs time 4 weeks isn't enough time to judge him just yet
