Where to sit at Telstra Stadium

Hi everyone, just booked my flights to Sydney for the Collingwood match, now I need to know where to sit at the stadium, eg. best value seating.

    Cheers

Bays 135-1, 134-1 is quite good - a bit of extra height while still being close. The bay is L shaped over where the Pies will enter.

Bays 126-1,127-1 is similar but in the "Swans Members Reserve" (ie the members GA area)

Bays 112-1,111-1,104-1,103-1 ae amongst the reserved seats allocated to Swans members so there won't be many available.

I someone can get you a "guest pass" through the club then yu can sit anywhere in the green area.

Bays 317-321 are a balcony behind the northern goals - should be good but I have never sat there.

    401-412 are the most expensive

Avoid level 6 unless you really like being high and can be very close to the front.

I was in Bay 319 for the Bombers game, probably the best seats I've had for TS, but its bloody freezing due to a constant stream of cold air coming from the back of those stands.

Level 4 and the middle and low of level 6 are the best. Well, at least give you a interesting perspective that you do not get at the SCG (though that is probably meaningless to you.

But really there are no real exceptional seats and no really bad ones. As well even though you get a seat you can usually move quite freely to sit somewhere else if you wish. I even did this in the West Coast match in the final last year.

There are very few bad seats on the entire concourse and first level tier.

On a seat would be my first priority.

We sit in the Members Reserve which is OK when the action is at your end but a bit distant at the other. During the Essendon game we moved around to 107 for the last quarter because the Swans were kicking to the southern end and we thought (correctly as it turned out) that most of the play would be down there. We had a terrific view, and I'm sure it's even better higher up. You have a bit of freedom to move around and if you see some vacant seats....well, you can only be asked to move. It's really hard to say what's best and what's not. Most seats give a reasonable view and the screens aren't bad either.

We are in the members reserve (green bit) we get there early to get seats under cover if the weather is looking a bit dodgy - otherwise about 30 rows up behing the goal posts.

I really cant see it being a sell out - so fortunately the nose bleed seats shouldnt be on sale. So if they say tickets on upper level 6 are available say NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................
