Is it my imagination or have Fixter's weeks increased?

Unfortunately it seems more and more likely that Fixter, Doyle and James do not have AFL career prospects.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

They should all be delisted at the end of the season. They have been given enough chances. And Fixters weeks have increased.Originally posted by NMWBloods

We'll keep Doyle. Ball will be gone next year and without Doyle we will again be vunerable in the ruck. Probably his last chance though, if Erikson keeps improving in the 2's.Originally posted by cruiser

I agree Fixter and James appear doomed.Comment

And we aren't vulnerable in the Ruck with him on our list??? I dare say he has watched more senior footy, than he has played, in the last three yearsOriginally posted by barry

Erickson has improved, but Earl Shaw has impressed me enormously. Doyle may be dropped leaving us with Jolly, Shaw, Erickson and Goodes in 2006.Originally posted by barry

I wonder whether Heath would consider captain/coaching in Canberra, having a few ex-swans in the ACTFL would greatly help the standard of the league and help the Swans reserves team too.Last edited by Ruck'n'Roll; 24 May 2005, 11:16 AM.Comment

I remember him stading around in the goal square at Telstra Stadium last year. Against Collingwood I guess, it was great to see him backOriginally posted by Diego
Who is Ben Fixter? Seriously why have we persisted with this bloke? I can't remember the last time i watched him play and what kind of injury has he got that has set him back for nearly 3 years?

Nick Davis 1 week. Huzzah!I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his timeComment

I guess Doyle's career may rely on the development of Ericksen. I really do feel for Fixter and it must be a pretty hard time for him but the Swans have certainly persisted with him long enough so if he doesn't show signs this year I think his exit is inevitable.Come on Magic!Comment

He seems to be going down the same path as poor old Ryan Fitzgerald.Originally posted by ScottH
