Top four in Swans reach (Tim Morrissey)

THE Sydney Swans are just outside the top four on percentages after needing only one quarter to clinically dismantle Fremantle but Paul Roos wasn't getting too excited yesterday.

Glad he's not getting too excited.

Last year - rd 11. Essendon was 8-3. They had beaten all the bottom 8 teams and lost to anyone decent.

This year so far we are much the same.

Essendon went 4-7 for the remainder of the season.

      Ugggh! Tim Morrissey!

Adrian Warren has got the goods. Though will have to have a word to him about listing Kennelly in the best....

That's how you write a story, Timmy!

Roos also said "If we don't address some of those ball use things we are probably going to struggle against some of the better teams." which is absolutely spot on and something we've seen throughout this year.

Amen to that, we looked to take our foot off the accelorator after the first 2 goals in the last quarter.

As long as we beat the pies, we are 5th after the next round. Hopefully we will also have bridged the gap to Richmonds percentage. I wouldnt mind sneaking above Brisbanes % too, as I think they will be in the 8 by years end.
