On the couch showed Bolts going behind an umpire at a bounce and Bolts clipping the back of him as the umpire came back after the bounce.
As the umpires now tell the players around the ball where he is going to back up after a bounce you can't argue it was accidental contact. A fine is also an appropriate penalty in this situation as well.
