    Jolly's comment riles Dees

Russell Robertson pointed out on tonight's news that the Dees aren't exactly happy with Jolly's views that Melbourne is too easily satisfied. They are hoping to use it as a spur. Now they shouldn't need things like this to motivate them but you wonder why ex-players open their gobs in the week leading up to the game.

BTW, Sydney has a 43% winning record at TD, while Melbourne's is 70%.

If they need that to spur them on, then the Dee's are in trouble, after all you should be good enough to win on talent and not rely on a quote from someone else.

Swans record vs Demons at TD = 100%

      Jolly's comments

"No, I don't think they are mentally weak," Jolly said of the criticism of his former club. "I'm not sure what happens in the year, [it's like] a switch flicks, and they think they have got to where they are, and that's the end. I think that happened a bit last season."

"But I think there's still seven games to go and they realise that and they will come out this week and try and turn it around"

Pretty easily ruffled if that bothers them!
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I think precious is the word.
