    Coleman Medal

BBB is only 4 from the lead with tonights effort, it would be great to see him kick a few more bags and take it out this season.

But maybe that will only happen if the umpires actually look at the way he is manhandled each game. I won't hold my breath.

Just watched the replay on Fox Footy - there was one incident in the last quarter where Sylvia charge at him when Barry was trying to mark.

    NO FREE KICK!

    as usual.......

If it is the incident I'm thinking about the umpire paid advantage.

It's not and he didn't. Should have been a free kick to Bazza and wasn't.

If he can keep kicking straight, he would be in with a big chance. Williams seems to have dried up in recent weeks, I think only Gehrig is the only other contender.

Yep. T'was a 12 point turn-around as well. The Dees took it to the other end and Neitz scored from a free against Barry - apparently a throw but the replay suggested otherwise.

would love to see barry take it out..but its dependent on him being able to stay up at full-forward. when the midfields and half forwards are doing their job, he doesn't have to range up the ground.

that's why if he wins the coleman it will also be indicative of a team performance, which means we'll probably go further in 05
