Not sure what the story is with other teams, but possible reasons for the Swans improved results:

    - Less first year players playing there this year - Jarred Moore was the only 1st year draftee in the National Draft, while even a lot of players drafted in he Rookie Draft have played seniors in the country or similar
    - Add this to a generally short injury list, meaning very rare to use top up players in the reserves
    - Meaning, a regular team, that is used to playing together, with a number of players with plenty of AFL experience, plus a number of rookie listed players who have played senior football in the country

    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

The reserves report is up on here

        Interesting quote here
Tuggeranong were kept goalless in the third term and goals to Nick Potter, Jack, Schauble, Ben Fixter and Saddington extended the Swans? lead further although the Swans gave Stefan Garrubba, James, Sundqvist and Fixter well earned bench time, playing one man short for most of the quarter.
Played with one man short and still kept them goalless! I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry.

Also note that James was injured again. Sigh.

Its a shame we are not closing these games out.

Our % is shabby and could hurt us come finals time !

            Sarcasm ill-becomes you.

But....interesting to see Kieren Jack get a game and do OK. Would almost be like seeing Brereton's son get up and play for Melbourne Storm! Anybody brave the icicles and watch the game?
