    I reckon:

Williams - Judd... Worked bloody well in the Qualifying IIRC
Kirk - Cousins... Cousins isnt great at being accountable like he is at playing free, running footy. Kirk would be able to shut him down on the small SCG and then dominate the stats.
NoG - Fletcher... Has the spped and strength to go with him.
Bevan (Hes Back!!)- Braun... Its time for Bevan to step up.
Mathews - Kerr.. Mathews wont have a great impact on the game, neither will Kerr, both can sit quietly together
Crouch - Sampi... Is he playing? I heard 50/50
Schauble - Lynch... We need someone to take the monsters
Leo - Matera... Leo has hime overhead and in leg speed, plus he wont be easily beaten at ground level; B2 is another option
LRT - McDougall... 2 youngins still learnin the ropes.

That leaves Jude and Monty as more attacking midfielders.
    - Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing!

I like the idea of Barry on Matera.

West Coast get their goals through Matera, Lynch and the midfield.

Only Matera (34) and Lynch (25) have more than 20 goals.

Of course, on a small ground it's easier for midfielders to kick goals and a lot of them can. Still, I'd prefer for them to have to rely on long kicks from the 50 than get goals from their forwards.

Any chance of Ben Fixter playing his first senior game of the year?

            LOL... negative mindset.

I think Woosha will put Kerr on Kirk, and Roos will try to keep him attacking.

Kerr is very good defensively, but also very elusive. This would be seen as a win-win, with obviously the player having a better day winning out in the end. Certainly there is history there.

I don't think Kirk has the footspeed to go with Cousins. Ablett, Willo and Crouch are probably the three that do have the speed for him and/or Judd. Kirk against Fletcher would suit us better - not as a tag but just matched against one another.

The rest aren't that fleet of foot (though not slugs either). Fosdike on Kerr might be one option, particularly as both are playing off the bench at the moment. Fozzie used to be guilty at playing very loose on his opponent (and has been carved up by Kerr in the past) but with a current focus of trying to re-establish himself in the senior team he will probably be more disciplined in sticking to a task he is given.

Is Cousins really that quick? To me he's just always seemed smart and elusive, rather than out and out speed.

It would be a mistake to line Ablett agaisnt Judd. One of Judd's strengths is his off-the-mark acceleration which is exactly one of Ablett's weaknesses. Matching them up and we will likely see Judd getting to the ball first and getting 3-5 metres ahead before Ablett is able to get his motto in motion to do the chasing. Not kind of pictures I would like to see, really.

I like Liz's idea about C Bolts on Matera. Both in form and we all know that matera has trouble with opponents who are taller than him and i believe Bolts could match speed and strength with him.

Willo VS Judd like last years elimination final (Willo smashed him then)
                    Ablett VS Fletcher
                    Jude VS Stengline
                    Bucky/Mathews VS Kerr
                    Kirk VS Cuz

I would think a tagger on each of Cousins and Judd, and Kirk is no longer in that role. Ablett on Judd and Mathews on Cousins based on recent weeks.

The alternative is a attacking Judd like last year in the QF, so a surprise Williams or Goodes on Judd is a possibility I suppose.

C Bolts on Matera is an interesting idea.

Now if you were Woosha - who would you put on Goodes? I don't know the Wiggles that well, I would have gone Embley, but with him out, who????

Cousins has been playing alot of his recent footy at half forward. He then drifts up to the midfield and works his way back and is currently being used as the go through player (has been scoring a few goals recently). If he continues this way I like Crouch to be the one who goes with him for his defensive ability.

Williams for Judd, as he has a history of good games against him.

Quite possible. One a bit out of left field, but it wouldn't surprise me would be Stenglein - has the endurance and speed of a midfielder but has a bit of extra height that may be useful in trying to match Goodes in the air.
