Even if Cox rises to the occasion, I can't see him giving Ball the rub - even if it's wet.

If the two ruckman drop into West Coast's defence, then that could create a man loose in the back half - Chick, with Cox and Ball close together. Under those circumstances, you wouldn't want Crouch there - he could choke.
