    Though I'm in danger of...

...sounding like a Leaguie, but "bring back the biff!"!**
Especially if it is one that will most likely see the brother of a Swan and a forthcoming opponent taking a few weeks enforced holiday before the finals...

The game I refer to was the Bombers v Cats tonight at the Dome. It was well worth the extra hour or so I had to wait for it to be shown on FFC after hearing about it at work! WHOA! Biffo!
McVeigh Snr with a right jab on a Cat.... didn't really take any notice of who the Cat was -- I had my eyes set firmly on the prize (ie Sydney v Essendon next week! )

Now, no one was officially reported with Goldstink and co electing to leave it up to the Match Review Committee, but McVeigh has to serve some time for that, in my opinion. If we're lucky, we might even get another one or two dragged before the committee also. Golf clap for all the Bombers and Cats involved.

Fingers and toes and feathers, lads!

Yes. But is that a challenge? Care to take it outside?

Didn't hear about it on the news but was up last night in a state of insomnia watching the replay on Ch9.
Quite a bit of biff was had by both sides.

          BRING BACK THE BIFF!!!!!!!!!
I don't mind players expressing their emotions with their fists, as long as it doesn't stop the game. I like to see odd punch thrown in a tackle and a elbow stuck out in a charge (kept to the body of course) but big brawls that halt the course of play aren't' good for the game. Its those players who run in and join a bit of biff and turn it into a brawl who should be penalised the hardest.

It was after the siren for half time had sounded, so it didn't really interrupt play. But loved it. It was a solid brawl with three separate groups from memory. Yeah.
Is it bad sports(wo)manship for me to wish suspension upon a player from next week's opposition? I don't think so. I think it's valid, considering McVeigh was the one who threw the punch...

Bring back the good old days when the penalty for striking was promptly dished out by the bloke next to you.

Tuesday, you didn't give the Demons a pep talk today at all did you?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Sadly, no. But I did have a word to the Freo kids today and they were going to take it hard and fast to Bucks, Wowoeful and Licuria just for my satisfaction. In the last quarter currently, and Bucks has decided to copy BBBBBBH's fashion statement from last night, Licuria has (almost) been creamed, so fingers crossed the boys from the west can score something on Wowoeful before the final siren...

And re BBBBBBBBH's efforts last night were solid. I still maintain that the Crow ran into his elbow!

As much as it annoyed the hell out of me while watching the game, part of me couldn't help but LMFAO on the inside. It looked like he was hit by a car.
