Does anyone know if there is any AFL (Swans) coverage in NZ. My daughter is working there in August - September and is having a heart attack at the thought of not being able to watch or listen to the Swans.

She could change allegiance to Port or the Tigers and then she wouldn't have to worry about September anyway - or just hope we lose a few more games.Originally posted by anne

Pretty abismal I'm afraid. I dont think there is any chance to see a game live until the grand final, and stuck with an edited mid week replay of game of the round.
There are some NZ Aussie rules clubs though, which may get feeds other ways.
Probably best to get access to broadband internet and sign up to AFL.com. Live radio, 24hr delayed Video.Comment

Check if she can go to a place with ABC AsiaPacific. Brilliant station that shows about half the games of each round. I watched it off Indonesia for the Cats game and in Thailand for a few games earlier this season. Then moved from a hotel in Japan that had it to one that didn't just before the Carlton game. I watched that AsianABC channel last year in Bali and it was great except the game was us getting thrashed by the Saints."The Dog days are over, The Dog days are gone" Florence and the MachineComment
